LPGS-100 High Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer
The spray dryer is suitable for producing solid powder or particle from liquid materials, such as solution, emulsion, suspension and paste.
The air is filtered and heated and enters into the air distributor on the top of the dryer. The hot air spirally and evenly enters into the drying room. The material liquid passes through the high speed centrifugal atomizer on top and become vaporific liquid globule. Vaporific liquid contacts with hot air and is dried into final products in very short time. The final products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclone separator. The waste gas will be discharged from the blower.
1.Drying rate is fast. When the liquid material is atomized, the superficial area of the material increases greatly. 95%-98% water in the material can be evaporated in the hot airflow. The material can be dried in seconds. The dryer is especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
2．The final products have good uniformity, mobility and solubility. The final products are high in purity and good in quality.
3. The production procedure is simple. It is easy to operate and control the machine. As for the liquid with 40%-60% humidity ratio, powder or granule can be gained once. After drying, there is no need for smashing and screening so as to reduce the operation procedures in production and increase the product purity.
